He was so good with his price, honesty, and everything. His price was cheaper than another quote I received. I have recommended him for my friends.

Handyman (and quot;Bobbyand quot;) arrived on time, clean, uniformed, very pleasant, followed instructions as to what needed to be done and in what order. He needed a tool that was not in his toolbox in order to complete fan/light repair, and had an assistant bring it to him while he worked on other items, with no charge for his assistant's time. He was very genial, no temper, no haggling over a very reasonable bill, which was itemized by time and activity. He and quot;got in and got outand quot; in less time than I had estimated, and at a total lower cost than I had expected. I thought his hourly rate was high compared to what other handymen charge, but his total bill was less than I had estimated. He was clean, cheerful, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and professional, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in calling him again for anything but major construction or remodeling services. I had never used this service before -- found it on this list and hired him based on prior reviews.

I contacted Good Neighbor Handyman to help get a property in North Las Vegas ready for rental. I was referred by Ed Console, to Dave Neiswender. I struck gold.
Dave met me at the property on time and was friendly and professional. Everything I needed done...and it was a lot...Dave said he could do. Dave charges $30.00 an hour and gave me a bid of $1,980.
For that price, Dave performed multiple tasks expertly. These included: painting the entire property interior expertly; carpet installation; plumbing and light fixture repairs; hauling; exterior stucco repair; door hanging; ceiling and wall patchwork; shopping for supplies; and many other tasks that I was not on hand to witness.
Dave was responsive to my calls, he works well unsupervised and has a strong work ethic. He is honest, trustworthy and has a sense of humor. My property looks magnificent!
Overall, my experience with Dave was extremely positive and I would happily use Dave again in the future. There doesn't seem to be anything he can't make happen.
Oh yeah, when the cleaning lady fell short in her job, Dave pitched in to put the finishing touches on the house.

It went extremely well. Ed is very knowledgable about a variety of handyman services. He charges by the hour and he works methodically, consistently and carefully. He planned and executed my cabinet reconfiguration, and this was after I had been told by cabinet companies that I just needed to have the whole thing replaced for about 4 times the cost that Ed charged me. Ed also replaced my reverse osmosis system, and it works great. I purchased the new system at Costco for $200, Ed charged me $90 to install it. The water treatment company wanted $850 to replace the system. I will definitely call Ed again.

He came in looked at the problem.
Told me exactly what he had to do to fix it and how long it would take.
He gave a time and date, when he would be back.
He showed up early and fixed the problem.
Another Handy Man wanted to charge me almost double.
So I am very pleased.

Ed was here exactly when he said he would be and was extremely nice and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and is knowledgeable in a wide range of things. He patched an approximately 1 foot x 1 foot hole in our drywall that had to be cut out for a previous plumbing repair and re-textured it to match the existing texture. It looks great! He also replaced two cartridges in 2 of our bathrooms, and then found the problem why our outside coach lamps were not working, which was due to a bad photocell on the outside of the house. I will definitely use Ed again because he does a great job and treated everything in my home with such care like he was working on his own.

He's really good, but he isn't cheap. He can do anything, though. He comes when he says he will and does good work. He's a very nice person.

He is definitely, very professional, is honest, shows up when he is supposed to, does the good work he is supposed to.
