Bad...rude!

This company failed to keep their appointment. Did not call nor did they show. I was waiting at our designated appointment time and had taken off work to do so. No Show / No Call. No follow-up to explain why or apologize.

They were fast and efficient. They were clean and prompt. These guys are outstanding workers and they are very honest and fair. They did a tremendous job at both my properties and I would highly recommend them!

They showed up on time and preformed everything they said they would.

They are great. They are open to feedback. The owner sends out people to work and if I don’t like anyone, he comes and talks to me. I meet him too. After speaking to him, he will make sure that everything is fine. I would use them in the future.

I'm very happy with the with my over all experience with Gonzalez Landscape Serivce. I had called three landscaping companies and couldn't get a landscaper to show up to give me an estimate, I had a very small job that needed to be preformed. I called and spoke directly with the owner. The next day Lorenzo showed up on time to give me my estimate. The day that he was scheduled to preform the work for me they showed up early and got right to work. Very professional. I will definitely use them again when I do my backyard in the fall. I couldn't be happier with the work preformed.

I hired Lorenzo to landscape my backyard. Three other people came to bid on the project, but Lorenzo's bid was the best. He went with us to get the plants, and he passed his discount from Star Nursery on to us. It was a big project, and Lorenzo expected his crew to finish it in one day. We originally only wanted the retaining wall to be 4 bricks high, but when they had that built, Lorenzo told us that he thought it would look better 6 bricks high. He went to buy more bricks and did not charge me very much more in labor for the two extra rows. I am really glad Lorenzo suggested adding the extra rows because it looks so much nicer. It started getting dark at around 4pm, and they just had a few more things to complete. Lorenzo did not want to take any money from me because the job was not complete. He came back on Monday (It was a Saturday, and he does not work Sunday) to finish the job, and that was when I paid him. Since then, I have had him come back to add some more rock. I also had him plant something in my front yard. I have referred him to friends because he is honest and hardworking and very affordable.

The first meeting he told me exactly what he could do in the area I wanted replanting, taking into consideration what I wanted the end product to look like. He then arranged to meet me at the nursery to show me plants and have me choose what I wanted, with his advice on what plants would be best for the area to be planted. He then brought in his crew and completed the job in a few hours. He was professional, prompt, polite, and runs a top-notch organization! I would highly recommend him to anyone.
