It went okay. Purchased the pigeon spike deal, but was unable to put them up since I had used gel to keep the pigeons away at first on my own. Was not sure exactly why you can't put spikes over a gel but, they did put new gel down to keep pigeons away and they have been gone since.

The crew came out and installed spikes around the perimeter of the roof. During the installation they broke roof tiles and never told me. I noticed birds were still nesting in the corner of my roof and called 4 times. Before the year warranty was up, I called once again to tell them I still had a pigeon problem. They finally did a service call after a year. Bad response.

These guys are a class act. They came as scheduled and did a fantastic job cleaning my roof and pigeon proofing my solar panels. To my dismay the stubborn birds returned. I called Goldstar back and asked what else I could do to make the birds move on. To my surprise Goldstar returned free of charge to do more cleaning and apply a treatment to discourage the birds from coming back. I was very impressed with this company. They really went above and beyond to help me out.

They found the problem and resolved it by fencing off the a/C unit to prevent the birds from nesting there. I had no idea that was the problem. While there, they cleaned up the bird droppings. They were very professional in every way. Great company.

Not only did they give a very good price, they did a terrific job of cleaning not only the roof, but used the pressure washer to clean off debris and stains on the patio. I had about 20 pigeons on the roof before the raised panels were enclosed. I didn't realize that the crew that came out was not the owner otherwise I would have tipped them for the effort they put in. (BTW - raising the panels only provided a 6-7% increase in power generation. Had I known I would have just laid them flat and probably not had a pigeon problem with the attendant cost.)

Jeff, and his team were great! They came out and added spikes to the ledges to prevent the pigeons from perching there! They were right outside our bedroom window so it was very annoying and the poop was disgusting. They even painted the spikes to match our house! We were very happy with there work! Then one pigeon had the temerity to squeeze onto the ledge behind the spikes. They were never deterred. Jeff, had his crew come back and add more spikes to that one area. Happy to say that that has prevented the one arrogant pigeon from making a mockery of humans. Very happy with the service.

I called mid-morning and spoke with Jeff; who is very(!) personable on the phone; and before 1200, I had two technicians on my roof fixing my pigeon problem! Very professional, well-mannered, were very at-ease with my two dogs [they never allowed my back gate to stay open so neither MiMi or Louie went out to roam the area]. They encased my HVAC stand with galvanized screening material, washed off the excrement as well as removed the nests & droppings lodged in the tile. Super, Super job!!

They did a great job. Power washed the wall and roof to remove all signs of pigeon poop. Placed spikes above the area of stains. Painted section that needed to be cleaned. HOA seems to be happy now.

Work was done well and additional work was done at a very reasonable price. They self correct an error in billing.
