I got yet another horrible subcontractor from my wonderful home warranty (Alliance). They were supposed to come out and fix my broken pool pump, but instead they left me a note saying they would ''submit a report.'' When I contacted them, they told me that the pump had to be in working order for them to fix it. Um, why would I need them if it was working? I'm not sure, but they still charged me the $55 fee.

My homeowner insurance sent out Golden West Pool Service to fix one of my pumps. I was pleased with the service mans punctual service and he was very quick to diagnose the problem. The service man was helpful, knowledgeable and we are pleased with the customer service we received from this company.
