I called around after coming home to a main pipe sewage back up. I called Goettl and they picked up right away. They send out technician Joe Flores who made me feel at ease. He got right in there and got the job done right the first time. Thank you technician Flores and to the Goettl Family for everything you did. They respected my property by using tarp and keeping the dirt and rocks out of the driveway and planters. He was friendly, experienced & competent, listened closely to the nature of the problems we were having with the air conditioning service, and communicated very well the steps he planned to take to troubleshoot and fix the problem. He took the time to go above and beyond in his detail-oriented inspection of our system, finding a small refrigerant leak that was causing the problem. We felt like Kalif was truly interested and committed to fixing our system and that’s exactly what he accomplished.

My kitchen sink had been draining really slowly, so to prevent it from getting worse, I decided to book a service appointment just to be safe. After a quick unclog, they ran a camera through the pipe, and wow, the blockage was way worse than I expected. Honestly, I wasn’t too shocked though, it’s been nearly ten years since the pipes were last cleaned or maintained. I’m super grateful to Rodell. He jumped right in, came up with a solution on the spot, and called in his team with the extra equipment to get everything fixed fast. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and even shared super helpful, cost-effective tips for keeping the pipes in good shape long-term. What I really appreciated was that Rodell doesn’t take shortcuts, he does things the right way, not the easy way. He gave me the option to clean out all the buildup (which a lot of company doesn’t offer so keep your cost down and happy temporarily), which honestly saved me from having to deal with the same issue again down the line. I also loved how they used the right tools to show real-time video, it helped me really understand what was going on. And those before-and-after pictures super impressive. We?ve been using Goettl for years now after some bad experiences with other companies. They are always so professional and take the time to clarify any concerns. We just had Romel Alberson out to do a service check on our HVAC units and we were once again very pleased with the service provided. We appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection and time he took to answer our questions. Romel found that a part needed replacing and lucky for us it was one that had a lifetime guarantee. Romel quickly got the part swapped out and everything is working perfectly. Goettl will remain our first choice for HVAC and plumbing.

DO NOT USE THEM! I repeat...DO NOT USE THEM! Our Ac downstairs was not cooling properly but still running . Called them...came out and fixed. Had to wait a week for a part. Whatever. They over charged us by $2000! How do I know...same thing happened to upstairs unit today. Called Black mountain air and only charged us $300+. Tech said goettl does unnecessary work and charges out the ass! I am sure goettl has some excuse like how it was all necessary and competition wants to bring them down blah blah. They know full well how they are ripping people off! I will write a negative review every day about those crooks till I get my money back from them. So basically that will not happen so bad reviews it is!

Daniel Stewart came out to install sensors on my heater and ac unit and my water heater! He was very professional and showed me what he was installing and explained everything that I needed to know so I understood everything! Also very friendly and helpful!! A very good technician!!

Commendation: Robert Burrer I would like to commend Robert for his outstanding service call. He arrived on time, introduced himself, and immediately began to inspect our water heater system. Whenever he was working, he would always ensure to be protective of our personal property. He was very professional, courteous, and had a nice humorous attitude. He accepted my request to observe his inspection - for me to learn. I was impressed with his attention to detail, whenever he performed a task. As he began assessing a task, without delaying his task, he patiently explained specifically what he was inspecting. Pleased to note, he discovered and demonstrated how to clean a clogged faucet strainer. Upon completion of the inspections, he volunteered to explain additional services which would greatly help our homeâ s plumbing system. Without any high-pressure sales pitch, he demonstrated the benefits of adding water filtration systems. I commend Robert for his service; and, I would gladly request he service our home, again. Andrew with GOETTL was very friendly while he helped me with a blocked line. He also used the camera to check my outside sewer lines, and removed a hair clog from my tub. If I had known how easy and stress-free this process was going to be, I would have called sooner. Iâ m thrilled with the results.

Armando the tech came out and diagnosed the problem...our 26 year old AC system had died....he showed us the reasons why, was patient with us and explained our options. We needed a whole new unit. Armando arranged the financing and set up the delivery of the new system the next day. Install crew showed up on time. Tina, Bob and Angelica were courteous professional and got right to work. It was a big job but they completed it in about 6 hours. They did several things outside the scope of the job that were needed...always explained why.... Overall a fantastic experience. This company excells at customer service. The install crew came in to say goodbye to my wife! Just outstanding work Highly recommend them

We had a problem with the heating in our home. They told us we needed a major repair that would cost over $5000.00. I called someone else for a second opinion. They fixed the problem for $75.00. I do not rust Goettl for an honest appraisal for repairs.

Was a little late to the appointed time but they called to let us know so it was all good. Went to work immediately and found the cause of the leak and fixed it.

The teams that were sent out were very professional and were always followed with a visit from their supervisor. I had a main water line replaced and from start to finish was 3 days. If you look at my front yard, you cannot tell I ha any work done. Very good and reliable company.
