I enjoy having Global Pest Services work on my home! There is literally a difference when you go years without service and when you do. My home is bug free and I rarely need work done inside my home. ALL the bugs stay outside! I love how Global Pest gives me a heads up ahead of time, they ask about any specific work I need done and they can answer my questions. Highly recommend them! They eliminated roaches entirely and controlled the rats, which get reinforcements from neighboring unserviced properties. They are utterly professional and reliable.

Even thought I didn’t hire them to come out and spray, they did an outstanding job of answering my questions and helping me resolve my pest issue. Would hire them in the future.

I had a bad roach issue with the house that I purchased. I hired a guy, who did not solve my issue. Thank god I called Global, What a difference they made in my new home! Solved my issue and educated me on what I could do to overcome my issue. All techs are nice and reliable but Brian is our guy! At this point we consider him family. All went very well. We have no complaints. We contracted for regular pest spraying inside and out, plus monthly inspection of rat baited traps. After one year with no action observed on the traps, we discontinued that portion of the service, confident that we were clear.

Global set us up on a monthly schedule. Scott the technician calls us the day before the appointment and then shows up on time and performs the monthly service - indoor and outdoor. He looks out for problems he notices and also checks with us to see if we have noticed any pest activities that need to be addressed, e.g. scorpions. Happy with the results and we have no problems.

We've been using Global Pest Control for at least 3 years now. They are punctual and will call you the day before your scheduled appointment to confirm. Never had any issues with bugs since we started using them. Just bought a new house and called them to keep it in tip top shape (previous owner had a dog) We had problem with midges (tiny fluffy flies) in our new backyard. They treated that as well and we've had no issues since. Great company to call on. Always recommend them.

Scott explained about the traps and the bait houses, and reassured us that it would not affect the dogs.

We use them once a month. They are usually on time when they say they are going to be here. They come exactly at that time. I like that. They are definitely priced very good.

Tyler is very courteous, friendly, respectful, polite, and always on time for my appointment. I haven't had trouble with bugs, ants, rodents, since they began.

Very well. Guys were usually there when they said they would be, always very sensitive to our wishes about steering clear of areas frequented by a pet and not spraying around outdoor plants we raise for food. They apparently exterminated rats with bait stations but rats came back after a few months, which is the rats' fault and not Global's. I recommend Global.

Technician David is always polite and thorough. Always calls to remind me the day before my scheduled service. Very happy with his service.

We have Global Pest control come out monthly and have been using their service for at least 2 years now. Since our service started with Global Pest, we have rarely seen any bugs or spiders in or around our home and for that I am very grateful. Joe, our service man is very friendly, does his job quickly and always with a smile. If he cannot come for any reason, we are informed who will be doing the service. I am very pleased with this service and would recommend them to anyone who is concerned about keeping the bugs and rodents from their home.

I have been using this company since 2011 and I can't say enough, I would highly recommend them! Very professional, and in all these years I haven't had one complaint. Great company!

Arrived on time and performed services and answered basic questions

I pay by the month. I pay something like $30 or so. I haven't switched to anybody else in the past two or three years now so I give them an A. They get the job done and if it doesn't take they come out anytime I need them to do extra service, a call included, so I don't pay anything extra. They communicate with me every single time. Even though I am scheduled for the same time every month, they call the night before to let me know they are coming. They do a great job. Very friendly technicians...do an excellent job all the way around. I have dealt with multiple pest control companies over the years, it's difficult to find ones that are actually affordable and actually provide a high level of service and they do.
