my boyfriend is serving in afghanistan and ordered flowers for me for valentines day that were supposed to arrive on 2/10. valentines day came and went and still no flowers. he called the florist/FTD several times to find out what the problem was. he called again before valentines day and they said that they had been delivered to my work address which was completely false, because they said that a man signed for my flowers, and in reality, only females work in my office. a soldier serving his country does not have time to play around and inundate an indolent, incompetent florist with phone calls. they said that they would call me personally and set up a delivery time, which they never did. tuesday 2/16, and my flowers finally came. the drivers were unprofessional and dim, and thought it was funny that i didn't get my flowers on time. the cards were even completely misspelled with horrible penmanship. i will say that you could tell to make amends that they gave me fresh roses. their address has also changed from convention center drive to 3400 W. Desert Inn, Las Vegas, NV 89102. their phone number is still the same.
