Hi my name is Casey White, owner of Genuine Pest Control. I have been doing pest control for most of my working life, first working with my Dad as a kid, for his business in California. I understand the value of quality service at a fair price, and it is important to me that you are satisfied with the service we provide. Through my years of pest control I have gained much experience in resolving all types of pest issues, and look forward to adapting what I've learned to each new challenge. "Arlene, I am glad the rodents are gone, however, I believe you are confused as to what the service entailed and what you paid for. The service included eliminating the rodent infestation and sealing up the exterior openings, with a one year guarantee. This is clearly explained in the contract. We did this work, which included 3 separate services over a one week period. You had told us a prior company told you the attic was in bad shape and needed cleaning. We inspected and explained that the rodent infestation was new and cleaning was not necessary. We only found about 10 rodent poops in the attic. Regarding inspecting the traps again: The last two inspections revealed no current activity and that the rodents are gone. You also explained you are no longer hearing any noises from the rodents, which is great. It would be impractical for us to re-inspect now, again, as all indications are the rodents are gone. However, we will happily re-inspect the attic in a couple weeks if you like, as a courtesy, for your own peace of mind. Casey"
"Laura, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service, however we are continuing to service the home until the problem is resolved. Eliminating a rodent problem is sometimes tricky, and requires adjusting our methods, which is why we attach a 60 day guarantee. We returned first thing Monday morning on the 26th, after receiving your call Friday afternoon on the 23rd (Thanks giving weekend) alerting us that the rodents are back. We treated and are scheduled Wednesday the 28th to return and check again. We continue to inspect and treat until the rodents are gone. Casey White Genuine Pest Control"
