The customer service was good. There was an issue with the LED light on the original TV we got. I went back there and talked to someone else and I told him that I just got the TV and asked why the LED looked the way it did. I ended up getting the newer model and they ended up working everything out!

Working with their support system was very good. We had an issue with the receiver because it had a defect and we had to change them out about 3 times. It was not actually Best Buy’s fault, except that it took a bit of an effort to convince them that there really was a problem with the receiver. But once I talked to the store manager and convinced him about it, they made the change. I would shop around more the next time I want to buy something. One of the reasons we went to them initially was that they are conveniently located, and they have probably the best display in terms of the number of items on display in the area. It is easy to shop there.

I found certain members of the Geek Squad quite rude. The first guy we spoke to promised us the world. When we picked up the computer, the second guy refused to do all the things the first guy promised. They seemed unorganized and had no records of who had worked on our computer. A little friendliness goes a long way.

Best Buy was very polite and fixed my computer right away. It only took them 30-60 minutes to fix it. When I picked my computer up they explained everything they did to it, and I have not had anymore problems with it.

Best Buy told me over the phone which computer parts to bring in for the repair. When I brought them in they told me it was the wrong parts. On two separate occasions I had the parts into Best Buy and they could not find anything wrong. They had lousy service and incompetent workers, and I will never buy anything from them again.

Best Buy spent over 18 hours on the phone with me trying to fix our problem. I even spoke to the manager, and all I got was the run around with everyone that I spoke with. They couldn't find the warranty so we finally got a replacement printer. We had so much hassle that we will never use them again.

Best Buy did not provide me with satisfactory service as they agreed on a price to up grade my computer and they never did it. They also said it would only take two days and it took nine days. I was very unhappy with this experience and I feel ripped off. I will never use them again.

The actual job was done well. The viruses were no longer a problem, and the software was installed correctly. The problem was that it took one week instead of two days as they said. They other thing that bothered us, is their disorganized atmosphere. They did not know what had been done to our PC, when we went in to pick it up, and had great difficulty locating it. This is what caused the delay. Best Buy has put our old computer repair company out of business, so they are the only place we can go now. I hope they can clean up their act.
