They were very responsive and were able to come out early on Sunday morning. The technician came right on time as promised and rekeyed 4 household locks. He also pointed out another door we had forgotten about, and made a no-pressure recommendation to go either way with replacing based on what other customers tended to do. He was very polite and friendly - he also checked to make sure everything was operating & oiled properly. We would definitely recommend! They are a licensed & bonded small company. We received a 10% new home discount, too.
