IT went very well. They did a great job, quickly and politely.

We needed the inside and outside of all the windows in our house cleaned. They were very professional and friendly. Entire job done in about 1 hour. They even removed the screens and washed separately. My windows look amazing! We will have them return each year. Highly recommend.

NEVER AGAIN Father and son. Father did 2nd floor Son did 1st floor Windows cleaned First floor - dirt in EVERY corner - windows and screens, not sure screens were taken off, 2 sliders - tracks were full of dirty water which means tracks did not get cleaned. 2nd floor - corners looked okay from the inside. Slider tracks were not full or dirty water, they were just dirty. Mom and dad your son is NOT suited for this job, only wants to be on his phone. Shame on dad for not checking sons work Shame on me for not checking his work I deserve at least a partial refund

Dealing with Kevin was very easy.  He was highly friendly and responsive during our initial phone call.  His business is "modern," in that he sent me a confirmation email after we spoke and then an email about the conclusion of our service (including pictures of what he'd done) and another email with a copy of the invoice.  The work quality was excellent; the price was right; Kevin's attitude was just right.  This is a good small business being built on old-fashioned quality work and unpretentious customer service.

We have been using G and S windows for years. Kevin, the owner, is always punctual and professional. Once we discuss what is going to be cleaned, we just let Kevin do his job. We are totally comfortable having him in our home and we don't have to hover over him or supervise his work.

We scheduled Kevin right after we had the entire exterior of the house painted. We thought the painters had been pretty neat with little overspray, but as it turned out, there was a thin film of overspray on every exterior window. Kevin scraped all the overspray, then cleaned the windows. This extra chore was included in his price.

Kevin is a pleasure to have in our home and once our monsoon season is over, we will be scheduling him again before the holidays.
