The receptionist was not very friendly- had a very "too cool for you" attitude. My appointment began 15 minutes late. The lady that did the facial was polite enough but she seemed to rush through the appointment obviously trying to get back on schedule. She'd ask me a question about my skin and then change the subject so I never got to answer. I had to wait to pay because the receptionist was busy gossiping with another employee- very unprofessional. Will not return there for any services.
