Purchased a bedroom set that had to be ordered due the the size of the bed. The bed is a platform style. There was some miscommunication initially regarding the delivery date, the furniture did arrive approximately 4 days after the expected delivery date due to the date the truck left North Carolina. The deliverypersons/installers arrived right on time but discovered a couple of issues once they began installing the platform bed, the slats and the side rails were too short. After contacting the 'boss' the owner showed up at my house. He personally went to Home Depot and purchased the right size slats and platform and had his installers go to the store to disassemble the display bed to provide the correct side rails so I would have a bed to sleep on that night. They then had to reorder the correct rails but upon receipt at the store they discovered they were damaged in shipment. To make it right they offered a refund or store credit. Since I need additional furniture I opted for the store credit. I am verify satisfied by their service and how they made good on the problem their vendor presented them without my needing to ask for restitution. They have excellent quality furniture and Liz will work with you if you don't see on the floor exactly want you want.
