Friendly Computers

I used Friendly Computers once before, so I decided I spent way too much time trying to fix my computer and getting no where.
I entered the store and was immediately greeted with a hello. I explained my problem and they immediately started doing diagnostics
on my laptop. Zac and his crew were very professional and explained what was needed to be done.
The computer was fixed and available, when they said it would be. I had a great experience with Friendly Computers on Durango.

Overall it went very well.  The tech showed up at the appointment time, was familiar with the IMAC and the printer and went through the set up process which too about two hours.  He was very pleasant and professional and explained what he was doing at each step. At the end there was a checklist of what had been done that he went over with me.  The only problem was when I asked for the 10% discount the tech had to call the owner and they would only give me a $10 discount. (the bill was $218).  It was suggested that I check the Angie's list add when I got back to work the next day as i did not have my Angie's list password with me.  I did that  and called the company.  They said they would 'credit my account for the difference". That is ok, but there should not have been a hassle in the first place and if I do not use their service again I will not get the difference back. They need to honor the Angie's list offer without question or stop offering it.

My first call was to set my LAN, the second was to install a video card on my desktop, the third and forth to get my LAN set up for new laptops. I was pleased on their work, punctuality.

He got me in and rescheduled me for an earlier spot than we had first gotten in at, which made me happy. He is a very technical person who knows a lot about computers but will explain everything out so you know what he's talking about.

We took our new printer in for repairs covered under warranty and the service was quick and professional. Very courteous service and explanation of work that was done.

I have been using Friendly Computers for a while. I tend to do a lot of things to screw up my computer and I know nothing about fixing it. Friendly Computers is a highly respectable company who knows exactly what they are doing. They were able to wipe out the installs within 15 minutes. The pricing is fair, they charge by the job. It would all depend on what you are having done or what is wrong with it.

Friendly Computers is a trustworthy dependable company. The repairman was knowledgeable in every aspect of computers and I totally trusted them with my computer. I felt their prices were very fair.

Friendly Computers are a very knowledgeable company. I thought that they knew their stuff as they were able to retrieve all the information that was very valuable to me. I think that they are top qualified people who now have my business.

I was not happy at all because they charged me eighty- five dollars an hour, and the computer tech was here for three hours trying to figure out why I couldn t load any software. He spent a lot of time on it and it cost me a lot of money for something he didn t fix. He took something out of it and just messed it up worse. I paid the two hundred sixty dollars, but I will never call this company again.
