Great honest service! Offered us the best quote, and we had done our homework. Honest I say because he salvaged a fuse from our unit that was to be replaced for our downstairs unit that needed it. All other companies were charging us to replace the fuse.

We called Glenn and he was out here within 2 hours, temps are soaring today so very uncomfortable...he fixed it and we're enjoying nice cool air now..he is one of the friendliest experts we've ever encountered in his field..give Glenn a call and you too will be posting a A+ review for him..

He is so friendly, knowledgeable, cleaned up after and 100% honest... his fee was very reasonable, in fact we referred him to our neice and daughter and both were equally impressed with his service and pricing.....he was referred to us by a friend and now I want to refer him ..this guy is 100% the best! I HIGHLY recommend him.

After my disastrous day of carpet cleaning (see my review of Carol King's Cleaning), I had finally restored power to my living room and kitchen... But my air conditioner was still not working! I was panicking that Saturday night, worried that I might be forced to extreme measures to solve this problem. A good friend saw a comment I made on Facebook and suggested I reach out to Fresh Air Refrigeration. And because I very much trusted her on matters like this, I followed her advice and gave Glenn Peterson (the owner of Fresh Ice) a call.

I first called Sunday morning and left a message. Glenn promptly returned my call and stated he could come by any time I was available that day. And after a long day at another friend's event, I was quite glad to take him up on that offer once I returned home last night.

Glenn came over promptly, then went directly to work. He inspected my actual A/C unit outside, realized the problem was not there, then came back inside to take a closer look at my central air. Glenn the figured out the problem was with the electrical connection, then continued looking at the indoor central air unit and the electrical circuit board to find a solution. After an hour of searching and working, Glenn couldn't make it all better, but at least he found out what the problem was while refusing to take advantage of this difficult situation (he did not charge extra for weekend service).

Funny enough, I received a call from Glenn about 30 minutes after he left my home. He suggested I flip a switch near the central air... And surely enough, I had air conditioning again! Glenn was really a miracle maker after a very difficult weekend, and I am definitely keeping Fresh Air Refrigeration's business card handy in case I ever need more A/C servicing!
