He is punctual, reliable, and fairly cheap. He does a complete job and doesn’t leave anything undone. He gave me a good price on shrubbery. He also planted grass and did the whole thing. He is hundreds of dollars cheaper than everyone else and is licensed. He is not perfect, though.
