I've been using them for about 5 years. They are top notch. I took it to a dealership for a several years and they just charge way too much and they want to do everything. They go down a list whether it needs it or not. So I started taking it to Frank's. They're great.

It went great. Frank's is always high quality, professional service with integrity. Their prices are not the lowest in town, but it is commensurate with their service. The only disappointment was that I did have to wait longer than the quoted time to pick up my vehicle. A minor inconvenience for the quality of the service.

Frank's is a high-class, trustworthy automobile shop. They do the work right, and they treat you with complete respect and integrity. have been going there for a few years now and have never been disappointed. On my last two oil changes they recommended services based on the age / mileage of my vehicles. They explained why they were needed, but did not pressure me to buy the services. Some I will do myself and some will just wait.

Just had my first experience with Franks European Auto (Las
Vegas location) and I have to say that I will be taking my 2005 645 Ci to
Franks for all my service needs. I am new to the area and was looking for a
competent BMW Indie Service Shop. My experience with dealerships has never been
good (quality and price). I interviewed a few local shops and got varying
opinions of what my Ultimate Driving Machine needed. I settled on Franks as it
was close to my office. When I walked in the door I was met with a friendly
welcome by Troy who explained what Franks was all about. Troy introduced me to
Patrick the Shop Foreman and I was impressed by his straightforward approach to
maintenance and that he was most knowledgeable about the finer intricacies of German
Engineering. I explained the symptoms I was experiencing and we agreed upon an
appointment for the following week.
They were ready when I arrived and assigned Fred to work on
my car. Basically it was a routine service with a brake inspection. I suspected
I had worn pads and wanted them checked out. I also asked them to check out the
Control Arm Bushings as they have a tendency to wear more quickly on my model.
About 10:00 that morning Troy called and indicated that the oil change was
completed and that in fact the brake pads were on there last legs. He also told
me that the bushings looked in great shape (I would have believed them if they
told me the bushings were bad but they were solid and did not go for the extra
cash). I told him to move forward on the brakes. When I picked up the car later
that afternoon it was washed and everything was good with the world again.

I recommend Frank’s to all! You can put your trust in this
very special Indie Service Shop. They have my 100% trust and all my business
when it comes to my 6 Series.

I brought my Rover in to Adam at the Sunset location because my oil light was coming on and when it did my engine had a slight knock. Adam took in the car and called me next day He said my oil pump had gone bad and ruined my engine. That I needed an engine,tires, brakes,antena ball e.t.c e.t.c I asked how this could be if the car drove perfectly. He became upset I questioned his diagnosis since he had not yet checked the pump simply removed the oil pan.
I had asked to be present upon the opening of the vehicle and this was not allowed.
When I came to pick up my vehicle I was handed a cup with metal composite chards and heavy sludge.
He said " this is what we found in your pan" I once again was surprised that my engine could ruined when it ran fine.
I decided to not have any work done and was charged me 540 dollars to remove an oilpan help by 6-8 screws.
When I asked why it was so expensive he said he had to remove a crossmember and supension parts that it took 4.5 hrs according to their billing system. Adam and his head technician both walked under the car and said it was " alot " of work.
I have since taken it to have oil pump replaced and engine flushed for $1200. Most of all I personally saw the oil pan removed in ten minutes
Just went four-wheeln sunday. and it runs like new.
Our valued homes and Autos are for most people the biggest purchases we make. We take pride and identify with them, they are an extension of us. It is a shame that good mechanics are hard to find as a good contractor in this town.

the staff was very friendly and professional. Took plenty of time to explain exactly what and why they were repairing my car and what the cost was. They spent a lot of time explaining what the problem was with my heating system along with the computer system in my car. Did their best to make sure what was under warrenty and what wasn't.

Just moved here from Pennsylvania and needed an oil change for my Mercedes. Also, the "check oil" light kept coming on and the clock system was out of order. They changed my oil and price was as expected. They also reprogrammed the clock system without an additional charge. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They did recommend a brake job but they told my husband it is relatively easy and he could do it. They did not try to take advantage. I had found Frank's on Angie's List and the company had come highly recommended and I can now see why.

They could figure out only half the problem with the engine and the other half wasn't diagnosed. I would grade them B on all the parameters. I would use them in the future.

It went fine. It was much more expensive than I thought it would be because I didn’t think it was the actual pump that was the problem. It was a bit of a shock but they tried to work with me and give me reasonable pricing. I dropped the car off and they shuttled me home, then when it was ready they picked me up so I could drive the car home. They let me know what they were going to do before they did it. I think the price has more to do with the type of car I have; they amount I paid for labor was pretty minimal.

They have been nothing but honest, fair and reasonable. They are always on time. I highly recommend them.

They were willing to do it for the cheapest price. When I went to another dealer they wanted to do it for $1000 dollars more. They didn't try to cheat me or sell me anything I didn't need.

Franks is an A plus company that deserves new business. They care about their customers and get the job done right. I highly recommend them to others. For this particular job, insurance paid for the repairs on my Ford truck because it was an accident situation. Therefore, I can not comment what they may have charged for such a job.

I was able to get an appointment the same day and they allowed me to wait for the service to be performed. They also provide complimentary ride services for those who are unable to wait. Their service representatives are professional, informative, don't attempt to push services that are unnecessary, and the facility is clean. This is my second time to use Franks (first was for my 60,000 mile servicing) and they are an A-1, top notch, totally reliable car repair/servicing company. They make recommendations of what to look for in the future usage of my Mercedes and NEVER attempt to sell a service that isn't due or needed. Price for servicing is never cheap for any Mercedes at any facility, but Franks is convenient, responsive and fair.
