Francheska's knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market is remarkable. She is very approachable, informative and has her client's best interest at heart. Francheska listened carefully to our requirements and brought to light aspects that we had not considered. Francheska explained key features of the houses, potential defects, recommended cost-effective improvements, and most importantly the return on investment potential. She was always clear on what a property is worth and why. Francheska's negotiating skills are very polished, and she does her due diligence prior to submitting an offer/counteroffer. When we went into escrow, she was with us every step of the way from the inspection, appraisal and closing. Working with Francheska was seamless, and we are very pleased with the overall process and our new property. For anybody looking to purchase real estate in Las Vegas, I highly recommend Francheska.

It went very well, overall. After showing us several houses, she suggested that my wife and I drive around the Las Vegas area on our own to get a better idea of where we might want to live. It turned out to be an excellent suggestion because we stumbled upon an open house in the Lone Mountain area. We loved it and contacted Francheska to have her draw up a contract for us, which she did. She prepared a standard real estate purchase contract and submitted it to the seller's agent. Before submitting it she did a CMA (current market analysis) to determine what the house was actually worth, and we priced our offer accordingly. However, the bank's real estate appraisal came in a little below the contract price, so Francheska had to use her negotiating skill to keep the deal alive. She was able to negotiate a sales price that was satisfactory for all of the parties involved. We found her very easy to work with. She never put any pressure on us, and always offered good advice. She pointed out water damage in one of the houses we looked at, which we might have missed if she hadn't mentioned it. She also steered us away from a house in another area which was sandwiched between two other houses that were for sale. She didn't think that house would be a good investment because the other houses for sale on either side of it would drive down its value. To sum it up, she has lots of experience, and good judgement. I would highly recommend her.
