Jim called us back right away and scheduled an appointment for later the same day, a Saturday. He completed both repairs with new parts. We have used Jim before and know that he does not try to upsell you into replacing the entire unit, but just what actually is broken. We will use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!
