"Good afternoon [member name removed], Thank you for the information you posted in your review. We are sorry for the disappointment in the flowers that were sent and the passing of your sister, however we believe this review is for a different floral shop in town, possibly with a similar name. We have tried to contact you through Angie’s list but have not been successful. We searched through our orders in hopes to rectify the situation and then upon reviewing that week’s orders and delivery schedule we could not find a record of this arrangement. We do not have an order with your name as the sender in our system nor do we have an arrangement that totals the price point of $49.00. All of our deliveries were made in a timely manor and signed for by recipients in our system. We do have electronic signatures for all deliveries made that week for this exact reason. After extensive research with our team we came to the realization that this delivery was not made by our floral team. We are a boutique florist with the highest expectation in quality and want 100% customer satisfaction. We would love for you to try us as your florist of choice one day and do look forward to serving you in the future! Please phone us at your earliest convenience so that we may assist in helping you find the correct floral company who completed your delivery, or we would be happy to verify our information with you.
