Concrete flooring is a unique idea, and not many people were willing to take on the job. I probably called a dozen contractors and had difficulty finding anyone willing. Cary and Jon gave us a fair estimate (which was in the middle range of the three that I received), and stuck to it. Concrete can be scary because you never know what is below your floors, and the prep work is overwhelming. The house was vacant, which helped, but it still took 8 full days to complete the job. The crew was meticulous and worked extremely hard. They went through many details to make sure that the floors looked perfect, and the price included some custom stain work in the main entry to the home as well as new concrete in our kitchen, bathrooms, and a 4 inch border around the entire house.
I know $7,500 is a big chunk of change, but honestly, home depot charges about $3 per sf to remove tile, and another $2 and something to put it down, plus the cost of tile and grout, so in the long run, I think it's worth it. We have a beautiful custom floor that needs only be cleaned with a wet mop, hides dirt very well, looks shiny and modern, and NO GROUT TO CLEAN.
Like I said, they stand behind their work, and once you contract with them, they stick it out even if more time and effort is needed to do the job right. In other words, no surprise additional fees that pop up after the job starts. I highly recommend them.

Significant problems were encountered in my project when it was discovered - after the demolition - that an accelerant had been added to the concrete by the builder during construction. Accelerant produces super hard concrete which will not accept acid stains. This problem could not have been anticipated ahead of time and it forced Floor Seasons and I to fundamentally redesign my project "on the fly". This isn't a situation that either Floor Seasons or I would have wished on ourselves, particularly since the demolition had already been conducted! However, John and Brandon determinedly stuck by me, by their commitments, and their own standards for customer satisfaction. I felt as though we were "in it together" throughout; we experimented with products, colors and processes until I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Their communication with me was outstanding at every stage. My result is totally different than the stained concrete flooring project I had in mind at the onset - and I was stressed by the necessity of adjusting my ideas to what was doable - but I am nonetheless satisfied with the result. I am very appreciative of the manner in which Floor Seasons stepped up and the manner in which my team conducted themselves.

I liked the work they did.  I truly do.  I recommend them.  They stain the actual slab that is underneath the carpet as opposed to putting the carpet in and it is really cool.

Great to deal with, they're passionate about their work. They gave us an est. explain what they were going to do and what to expect. Started on time and finished early!! They delivered on what they said they would do and we love our new floors

I have used this company before for interior decorative concrete flooring so I thought to call them when I wanted to add 2 additional concrete slabs in my yard and build a ramp over an existing step. Though I felt that the job turned out to be harder (for them) than anticipated they did an excellent job and stuck by the original price quote.

Workers showed up on time, work was done on schedule and at quoted price. Very professional. A great company to work with.

Floor Seasons did very poor work on my driveway and patio. I thought that their work was completely incompetent and the foreman seemed to be on a mind altering substance. There was supposed to be a checker board design on my driveway and patio, but they did not measure accurately so there are ten tiles on one side and only nine tiles on the other side. I thought my design would have bright colors; however the results are quite dull.
