I found Courtney from Flo Pro Plumbing very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to come same day that I called, he explained the problem and how he would fix it, and the costs. He had to take the water heater to get replaced, speak to the company about the warranty. Since the company that makes the water heater was closed, he said he would come back the next morning to replace. He arrived at the time he said he was would and finished the job. He did not charge any extra that the original price he told me it would cost.
