He told me the price, and a few days later, we got approval from the
owner. I emailed the vendor on 4-22 the pertinent info including
address, what the home inspector found, and stated that the reason we
needed them was because we were advised a structural engineer was needed
to determine if the cracked concrete indicated there was a foundation
issue.
Two days later, I called the vendor, and his wife told me they would be there that Sunday. I contacted the vendor all that week to find out if he had the report yet. I kept getting told it would be ready that day at 1:00. Finally on 5-2 we got the report, and the vendor didn't even go inside the house to look at the concrete. He said because I used the word "foundation" instead of "slab," they didn't go inside which is ludicrous because I told them the concrete under the carpet prompted us to call him. They returned and finally submitted the report to us on 5-8.
He is liked by the community and he gives you VERY FAIR prices. I would not use anyone else. § 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 - = Backspace Tab q w e r t y u i o p [ ] Return capslock a s d f g h j k l ; ' \ shift ` z x c v b n m , . / shift English Deutsch Español Français Italiano Português Русский alt alt Preferences
