The whole process from the initial visit to their facility to the delivery and final installation was remarkably smooth and efficient. The purchased equipment is large, heavy, and is in many pieces many pieces, the two mechanics ''Fitness Beast'' sent to my home were punctual, gentlemanly, efficient, and above all extremely professional. In sum it's been a long time since I've been so satisfied with any company's product or service.
