I love them. I've been using them for years now. Unfortunately, my parents passed away and I got the house. I interviewed a few people about three and a half years ago. Fadra is the owner. She was the only one that I actually connected with. I felt really comfortable. I trust this person and normally I don't trust anybody. They don't really even call me. They take care of everything. They'll call and get my approval or what have you if something happens, like the air conditioning. But, they take care of everything. They made it a lot easier for me because I was going through my parent's death. So that was hard enough. They just too care of it and they're still in it now. I haven't changed. I could have said, "I don't want you any more" because I've had the same tenants. But, they found good tenants for me. They've been in there for three and a half years now. The cost is 10% of the rent income. It depends on the rent. That's normal.

They are excellent. They take away any worries. They will respond or call when needed. I would highly recommend them. They are looking in to another rental property for me as well. They are doing the real estate side for that. They charge 10% and that cost is well worth it. I do not have to do anything with the property as they take care of everything. They take care of all of the taxes as well.

The service has been good. They are wonderful to work with. We changed to them from a different company that we were having issue's with. They are highly responsive and professional.
