Excellent. I've been using their service for several years now. They are v. professional and their crew has knowledge of trees and how to trim them properly.

Eddie provided me a quote by driving by my home and then providing me the quote via email. They came and did the work but said that it did not include the skinning. He would have to come by/drive by again to provide a skinning quote. This should not be this difficult. To be fair the workers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Also, Susan in the office was friendly, understanding and said that she would pass along my issue to a manager. Had they done the work that i was expecting my review would be different. This was clearly a communications issue with Eddie.

Arrived on time in big truck, prepared for the task.  Had a crew of three.  We met, shook hands, and discussed what was to be done so that there would be no issues.   They went about their work, and trimmed all of the trees accordingly.  I watched them at work and they did not mind.  I let them know that I was not checking on them, but was curious as to how they chose which branches to trim.  They were happy to show me how a tree is properly trimmed.  At the conclusion of the task, they cleaned up the fallen debris completely.  Their truck had a chipper attached, so that they did not have to haul away loose branches and leaves...all of this was put through the chipper and made into dust.
Also, the communication with the office was great.  I had a date established and a start time.  They also updated me via email.  Yes, I will use the again.   I was also made aware of the other services that the company offers, and if they are as efficient and careful as the tree service, I will definitely go to them for my other landscaping needs.

The price was within the realm of charges for that. We will definitely use them again.

This is my 4th year with them and my LAST!! They raised their prices and didn't even trim all the trees. When I called they said I hadn't paid for the other trees because it wasn't on the work order. Really?!! This wasn't my first Palm trim. Then Eddie tells me for an extra charge they will come back a month and a half later to do what they should have done in the first place. They charged me $5 more per Palm in the back yard than in the front yard. Couldn't explain that either and no refund was issued. Then they have the nerve to ask if I want to schedule for next year and pay per hour. Now I know the reason many of my neighbors have changed as well.

I called the office stating the services we needed. The lady had Eddy, the salesman for our area, contact us. He came out and reviewed the trees. We received the proposal by email, signed and sent it back. They scheduled the job for the following week. The crew arrived right on time and they finished the job in one day. They cleaned everything up when they had finished.

It is a good company. The price was very reasonable.

Team showed up on time (8:00AM) with Roe Valenti, the owner, there to direct the operation. The four men did the work necessary, asking questions and using my input as needed. The work included climbing into the larger trees to clear the highest dead limbs. It took them a couple of hours for all the work and they cleaned up completely afterwards. We have used First Choice Tree Service several times and highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job and provided a fair price for service.

Great job of artfully pruning our large mesquite tree. First Choice Tree Service uses trained professionals, not hacks with a chainsaw who just lop off limbs. They ensure the tree is properly pruned for great aesthetics as well as the health of the tree.

The First Choice crew spent several hours thinning our 10 trees which involved correcting several poor cuts made by another service. The trees are large and required a lot of work to lighten them. This involved removing large dead branches resulting from our winter last year. Roe Valenti was honest with the work that needed to be done and made sure her crew did what was needed. We are using First Choice again this July to clean up damage form this year's freezes.
