Ernie replaced a part and fridge was fine for a week and then stopped working for 10 minutes just the other day. Problem may not be corrected yet but it is working today.

Very professional, came out right away, they immediately knew what was wrong, ordered the parts and came back the next day to repair. Office staff and technicians are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Refrigerator is working perfectly again. I highly recommend this company, and will call them for any future large appliance repairs.

Excellently. James is a wonderful person and when I experienced a little more trouble he immediately returned with his co-worker Ernie (I hope that's his name, I'm hopeless with names) and they quickly got it straightened out. I can get nervous in social situations and they were both very friendly and calming. James even showed me how to properly load and use our washer. So we won't break it again....that's integrity. Best referral ever.

Well. He gave me the estimate and had to order parts, Received a call when parts arrived and James came out the next day to install. James was informative and professions and had mask, gloves and booties. I would use him again.

Excellent. I was quoted an initial service fee over the phone. Upon arrival, the service technician took one look at the wine cooler and said it was not worth repairing, much less examining. No charge. He then diagnosed the problem with my built-in refrigerator, identified the problem, ordered the parts and completed the work the next day. After thirty years of living in Las Vegas I have finally found an appliance repairman who I can trust, who is extremely knowledgeable and charges very fair prices.

The company called me right away, scheduled an appointment for the very next day. James came out to the house to look at our clothes dryer. He was very friendly and professional. He knew right away what needed to be fixed. Even had the part on his truck. He charged us a very fair price. And even recommended somebody to help us with maintenance of our dryer vent. Everything took about half an hour, and now our dryer works perfectly. We will be using them again.

Quick response and once the parts had arrived they scheduled within two days. Overall turn around from initial visit to installing the new parts was one week. Very happy with service.

Well. The repairman James came out to my house at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part from their warehouse. He explained to me how to operate my refrigerator until the part came in. When the part came in, he came back that afternoon and replaced. He went over the settings on the refrigerator and how to maintain the refrigerator.

I had actually called a few other places prior to contacting First Choice. One told me they would check their availability and call me back, but never did. I left messages for others, one called back the day after First Choice fixed everything. Not only did they reply to my request quickly they were able to get the part needed and repair it that night. I couldn't be happier with their service.

I was very pleased when the Owner of First Choice Appliance Repair called me back to set a $45 house-call to tell us what was required. What happened next is what continues to bother me. Owner said repair would cost me $285.00 which didn't negatively impact me until Owner simply plugged a simple wire back where it has fallen out during the freezer move. He stalled and B.S. with us for some time but the work took him about 30 seconds. This job should've been $100 MAX. Owner would not accept credit card and wanted cash which I did not have so my wife wrote a check which he had made payable to himself versus his company. VERY SHADY OPERATION and I would make sure you get several quotes as this company WILL RIP YOU OFF. I will copy and paste this review to YELP, Google and wherever else I can so people will be aware of this kind of ripoff.

This repair tech didn't only Not repair my dishwasher after paying him $265, he did damage the hot water flow to my kitchen sink faucet when he turned the water flow off to do repairs on the dishwasher! this work was done the second week of Nov 2019 and to date 01-24-2020 I haven't had any hot water in my kitchen faucet nor has my dishwasher worked properly! I've made several attempts to have James fix the problems to no avail! James offered to refund me so I can get another tech to the job right and after weeks of waiting for the refund that never came, he's now telling me that we're done he's not fixing the damage done at my home! This is an unreliable and unprofessional worker and should not be recommended!
