Liana and her team promised and delivered a closing in under 30 days. Its funny that short sale banks take for ever for approval but when they do they want to close yesterday. I had to reluctantly drop my Credit Union of 35 years since they couldn't execute the timeline. In the end we ended up getting a significantly better rate with better closing incentives. Great Job First Cal.
