It went well but we had used them before.
Due to the cold weather in January one young lady came with a supervisor and she stayed to paint the powder room.
Two painters came one day to scrape the old paint from the sofits and repair the stucco so it could dry before painting. The guys came back a few days later and took two days to finish the painting. They even touched up a dry wall area that a handyman had repaired to enclosed a doggy door, not too well and painted that.
A supervisor usually accompanied the painters on the first day to introduce them and make sure they knew the scope of the work.
When getting the initial quote for this Jan 2013 job, Brian gave us a price to also paint the entire exterior of the house. When we said we probably wouldn't do it right now he indicated that what we were doing with the sofits, fascia and popouts would probably do a great deal to make the exterior look new so that we could wait awhile for the exterior.
We have never found Brian to be a hard sell person when we ask for estimates. He listens, discusses, suggests and give a quote on the spot.

Painter came and went without explanation. Ended up with two painter who knew their business. Owner was to supervise but it did not happen. Painter helped in getting right shade. Reliability was a problem. Arriving and leaving.
