Got right in and time was well within reason, was less than a hour.  Used their computer and caught up on my emails while I waited, listened to the tv and had a mocha on them.  Services performed were explained.  My service was with a maintenance plan I had purchased when I bought my SUV.  I feel like I am treated well and with courtesy. 

It went horrible. As they were performing the oil change they drove the Corvette around the building without taking the emergency break off thus ruining the rear brake pads and rotors. Their Fixed Operations Director, Mr. Smith, then refuses to fix without additional cost the damage since he claimed the break pads and rotors already has pre-existiong wear, this after he admitted that now the break pads and rotors needed to be replaced as a result of his employees negligence. All he would do is give me a minimla discount and put me in a very cheap economy rental car. I drove to Findlay Chevrolet and left in a economy puddle jumper. This followed to dleays in the car being done and Mr. Smith repeatedly not getting back with me. I will not only never use Findlay Chevrolet for my Corvette's maintenence, but being in the market for a new Corvette I will never even begin to consider them for buying a corvette (or any other car) or having any work done to my car in the future. I was amazed whehn I saw them on Angie's List, beware of Findlay Chevrolet.

Our sales representative David, his assistant Raenel and the financial guy (can't recall his name) provided the best service and experience purchasing a vehicle we've ever had. Findlay gave us 1.5 times more for our trade in than their competition in the area. He also applied all the discounts available to us without us having to ask for them.
David was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into purchasing. Raenel showed us around the showroom which included a play area for the children, beverage and snack area, assessory store, restrooms and the different departments.
The financial guy was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the dreaded warranties and gap insurance without pressuring us into purchasing more that we needed.
We are very pleased with the truck and the follow up call we recieved thanking us our business.

Really bad experience. I questioned whether that was even possible, since my garage floor had no stains on it. They seemed affronted and became quite defensive. Then they told me it was a huge problem and very dangerous to drive it that way, and that it needed to be fixed asap. Then they quoted me $5000 to fix it.
I went to another mechanic to get a second opinion. It turned out I did have a small leak from another area in the car - NOT the transmission - and it certainly didn't cost even close to $5000 to fix the problem.

Took it in for faulty aircondition compressor. Had a 20% off coupon if brought in on a Saturday afternoon. Left the car there and they called with a list of items needing repair. I was somewhat shocked at the price but chose which items I thought were due and had them do the work as I had the discount coupon. I feel that I could have received a better price if I had negotiated but didn't try as I had the coupon. Bottom line is I think they made there 20% back with their pricing. Should ask for estimate before showing coupon or at least try to negotiate price. Very satisfied with the work performed.

Very well. Each staff member always provides customer service that exceeds my standards. I love their extended service hours too!

They provide good service. They always take good care of us. If I have an issue, they resolve it. They are just good to work with.

aI own a 2008 Saturn vehicle which is now serviced by designated GM dealers. I've used Findlay Chevrolet for several years based on their ability to diagnose "check engine" warning indicators. I contacted them regarding scheduled maintenance, a "check engine" light which had illuminated but then extinguished for the past 600 miles and possibility of needing new brake pads. I made arrangements for a rental vehicle while mine was being serviced. The rental was provided by the dealer at a lower cost than that of an on site commercial rental company. I advised the service advisor with whom I had previously done business of my concerns and requirements. Within 30 minutes I was provided the rental by the fleet rental manager and was departing with the rental vehicle. Approximately 4 hours later, the service advisor called and stated that all looked well with the exception of needing fluids and oil filter changed. There was no problem with the brakes and as the "check engine" light had gone out 600 miles prior, the car's computer did not hold the fault designation. I was advised the vehicle would be ready the next day and I would be called when it was available for pickup. It was ready the next morning and I was driving it away within an hour. The work performed was explained and I was told to contact the dealer if/when the "check engine" light reappeared and provisions would be made for me to bring it in immediately. An overall pleasant experience.

I have no complaints. Their pricing is a little high but they do such a good job. It's worth it.

Findlay Chevrolet costumer service exceeded my expectations. have used them since 2008. I would use them in the future.
