Title Companies
I would give them complete F's. They totally messed up the title to my house when I purchased it. I moved here in October, 2001. They made an error concerning the execution of the deed, in which they did not list my wife and I, the new owners, as having the correct legal status, which affected what happened to the title when my wife had passed away. When my wife died, I thought I then held title to the entire property. But I found out, to my horror, that was not the case. They completely messed up my title to my house and my status as owner. Anybody who does business with this company, make sure you double check. Simple, easy transaction, when it's not done wrong. This one's a nightmare.
