FIBERMASTER

Jeff did not show up on the appointed day and time. He didn't call to tell me he wouldn't be coming. Calls to his business phone and cell went unanswered. I left messages on both and I have yet to hear back from him.

I had previously used Jeff's company for carpet cleaning, and I called for a recommendation about who could work on the water damage. Jeff told me that was a service that they perform and was at my house the next morning (within 10 hours). He came by three times total. The first time to set everything up, the second time he noticed part of the carpet wasn't as dry and moved my bookcases for me, the third time to pick up his fans, tack down the carpet, and treat the carpet. He was punctual, accessible, polite, and did excellent work. The price was outstanding and included all the fans.

Fibermaster did an excellent job on our chairs when they were here. The problem we had was when we called them a second time and set up an appointment; they didn't show up and they didn't call or anything. They lost our business due to that. I wasn't sure on the price they charged.
