It worked out well and he did what he was supposed to do. He was a very friendly gentleman and took care of us very well. It was free because there was a maintenance clause in the contract. He didn't tell us that we needed something new. Our insurance covers it and we get it done in the summer and winter. He didn't try to sell us something that we might need later on. It is free. We call and they come out. They came out right away. They did call back to check.
