Favorco Delivery Service

Favorco picked up two Samsung 65"UHD TV's from Costco for me and delivered them to my house.  Joel was terrific and explained the placement on the wall for me  to be comfortable in my living room.  They mounted the wires inside the wall with a Sanus Full motion TV mount that I also purchased from Costco. It is perfect.  They also mounted the other tv in the family room.  I had purchased another Sanus Full motion TV mount but Joel explained that the mount I purchased could not do what I wanted since the area was too deep of an inset.  So, he made a call and his son Kareen brought one that would work for me.  It all looked good and I was happy... until I sat down later that night in the family room and noticed the tv was set too high and hung a little slanted. I had not discussed the comfortable placement with Joel's workers on this tv placement. The next day, I called the office and explained it was uncomfortable to hold my neck back to look at the tv that high.  Myra asked me some questions and immediately set up another date to correct my issue.  She was terrific and I look forward to the correction.  I must tell you, I was happy with their service when they left and now that I have experienced their customer service and integrity .... I am relieved... I have such a good feeling about this company, the owners and their workers.  I recently moved into the Henderson area and was worried how I was going to get large items not only delivered to my house but also how to get them assembled or set up.  I am sooooo happy to have found Favorco...Myra, Joel and TJ.   FYI...Oh, the approximate price includes the pick up, delivery, set up and the full motion mount!   Thank you Favorco!!!!

I ordered 3 bookcases from Costco online but I knew I would need help putting them together and moving them to my office. I called my local Costco and ask if they could recommend a company. The lady on the phone said that they recommend Favorco and gave me their phone number. All of the process was completed by email very professionally. In the driveway they laid out all of the parts ans went to work. It about 1 1/2 hrs. brought the bookcase very carefully!! Placed the bookcase where i wanted. I shop online most of the time and if needed I will call FAVORCO! Thanks Joel!

All the communication to set up the appointmemt was set up by email and was very professional. The two men did a great job.

Joel at Favorco was fantastic. He provides several services. For me he picked up a large tv at Costco, delivered it to my home. He mounted 2 tv's-one inside with wires hidden inside the wall and a 2nd tv outside. He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. For someone who just bought a new home and was wondering that if i bought large items at Costco how i would get them home, he provides a great service. i told him i wasn't sure about what kind of sound system i wanted and he came back a few days later with his own sound system to show me how great it would sound. Cannot recommend him more highly
