They were actually good. They knew what they were doing. One guy was in training. He did okay, but the other guy came behind him and checked the work, which I was glad. There were two guys here doing it. I think the price was pretty right on with the rest. You could go somewhere else cheaper, but you wouldn't get a 52" fan, and I got three. The quality was pretty good, and I got them with the lights on them. My only hesitation was that it took a little while because two of the fans they had to order out, so it took a little while for the blades to come in. They were willing to leave the shop and bring the blades here, but I went and picked them up. They were very professional which is good. I have had only one issue, but I was able to fix it. I pulled on the cord too hard and it popped out.

What makes these fans amazing is that they do not have motors in them. They have opposing magnets in them and so for instance if you were to buy a fan at Home Depot or Lowes they have a motor in them. We keep them on 24/7 and they have six speeds and for six of them to run in the house that's how much it would cost for one with the motor. As the day heats up you turn up the speed and you keep them on and keep the air circulating. Our neighbor has a house just like ours and the square footage of our house is 2150. We got our first utility bill and it only cost us $120 and they paid $500 for theirs. Tom at Fanco is awesome and he is a great asset to their company.

The manager, Rick, was very nice and help me pick out very nice fans for the different rooms in my house. The fans were around the same price as a big box home improvement store but nicer quality. I have a 12 foot ceiling in one room and had their installers install that fan and another one since it was 2 fan install for the price. The installers put the fan in quickly and picked up after themselves. The installers did not have the light kit for one of the fans and returned soon after to install the light.

I would have done something different I would have designed it so their was no fan light so the fan would not have a light and I found a set of new lights and they will be installed tomorrow.

The fans were two for one for $369.95 plus $79.95 each for two light kits plus $39.95 for a remote control for fan in living room. Installation was by Jay's Fan and Lamp for $60.00. The original appt. time was for between 1 and 3 pm. They called to come earlier. It took less than an hour to do both fans. They were pleasant and worked smoothly. They had picked up the lamps at Fanco.

The people at Fanco were friendly and helped us pick out some fans that would look good in our house. They were very easy to deal with. I think it's priced ok. You get better fans than you would get at a hardware store. I like my new fans.
