Family Movers Express

It was MARVELOUS! Moving is one of the most stressful things you can do. I had to move 2 family residences in 2 consecutive weekends. The gentlemen from FME handled both with efficiency, professionalism and some much needed humor and laughter. I'm not planning on moving again soon but when I do I know who I'm calling.

This was the most effective and quick move. They wasted no time and had great attitudes and senses of humor from beginning to end. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

We used Family Express Movers to move our treasured grandfather clock and we will use them again in any future moves. Aaron replied to my quote request immediately and his communication throughout the process was very informative and friendly. Marcus and Bill were the crew that took care of moving our grandfather clock. This polite and friendly crew called me when they were on their way and arrived at their estimated time. As soon as Bill began preparing the clock for moving, I could tell he knew what he was doing and that calmed my anxiety about having the clock moved correctly. This crew professionally prepared the clock and transported it to its new home. These guys are professionals and their positive attitudes and friendliness are a bonus! We are very happy with the impressive service that Family Express Movers provides. Thank you!

Hard workers, nice and was fast. We have two toddlers who kept saying high and ask questions, they would give high fives and fist bumps each time and tell them what they were doing. No damage to anything and they put the beds together bo problem. Hopefully we don’t need to move anymore but would definitely booked them if we do. Only thing that was disappointing was the price. It’s not cheap (185$ an hour)

Family Movers Express lived up to and exceeded every expectation my husband and I had of a moving company. We were not an easy job and we are picky!!. After 20 years in the same house there was a lot to move, furniture, outdoor furniture, rugs, modular office wall unit, artwork, and clothing (they supplied 8 wardrobe boxes free for the move. At $25 each at Home Depot which was big savings of $200!) Our three movers arrived at 8 a. m. ready to work, took 5- 10 minutes to assess the "stuff" and dove into the plan of where best to place boxes, TVs, antiques, and sofas in the truck. The truck was as clean as our house. Throughout, the move they were congenial, professional, witty, and fast! OMG were they fast! Once we got to the new place, the team asked where the items should be placed or assembled. Then, as items came off the truck, they were right where they should be placed. Watching Family Movers Express is watching a well-oiled team of professionals at work. Pride of work in America certainly lives in Family Movers Express.

They did a very good job. They pay a lot of attention to detail and everything went well.

Awesome!!! We were moving across country..They arrived on time, they were organized. They left before we did, met us at our new home 2500 hundred miles away. Rained all day, but didn’t stop them from doing their job!! They organized all the people when we arrived to unload the truck. Finished on time… Professional service. Thank you Aaron and Bill !!! Aaron and his helper were on time and friendly. They carefully wrapped items before placing in truck. They unpacked at destination and removed all packing materials.

Shame on me for attempting to give a local company my business. Family Express Movers (FEM) was due to arrive at my home at 8:00am on a Saturday morning for my local move. When they didn't show up at 8:30 I figured they were just late. Starting at 9:00am I started calling and called on the hour until about 3:00pm (no one ever answered the phone). I left message after message and no one ever called me back. Thankfully I found another mover that was able to move me the following day and showed up early. Through all of this FEM never returned my call to apologize for any miscommunication or to make another excuse. Steer Clear! So much for trying to help the little guy. F+!

It went very well

I was very unhappy with them and I would never use them again. The guys that showed up were lazy and they came late. They were unprofessional; one guy asked if he could have my entertainment center for free because I was leaving it behind. Another guy was on his cell phone repeatedly even though I was paying them by the hour. It was ridiculous. The people in the office sounded okay but the movers were not. They scratched my refrigerator and put a hole in my mattress.

They were good. They took good care of the furniture we had. We went with them because we felt like they could handle our needs with the big truck. There were some people who charged lower prices, but I would say theirs was fair. There were some small issues with quality, but I would guess everyone would do that.

They did a wonderful job. They where respectful, showed up on time, prices were reasonable, and very friendly to work with. They also help put up my bed free of charge. Oscar Nevarez and Oscar Rodriguez were the two movers and they were very careful with my stuff and seem to know what they were doing.
