I don’t usually write reviews, but for this company I am taking the effort to write review for them everywhere they are listed to save someone else from wasting their money. Do not use these movers , even if my situation is 1 in thousand, it’s still not worth the risk and the trouble. 1. Extreme delay and carelessness: they gave me no ETA as to when in will get my stuff. They have no proper plan or means to move your stuff from one to the other and you are left unsure as to when you will get your stuff . My stuff came almost 95 days late . I had my motorbike too , and no precautions whatsoever were take to ensure the safety of my expensive bike . It came with scratches and battery dead 2. Extreme disregard for the customer : the most unresponsive and rudest staff ever . Every time I called in the 4 months of the moving process I was given an answer that the truck isn’t ready and they wouldn’t know when it would be . Also I was told that for the delay of every business day that my stuff isn’t delivered I would get $25 that will go towards my end payment . I still had to pay 725$ which due to delay had become 0$ and instead the movers owed me 125$ for the delay . Two days before the delivery i was told the policy changed and I had to pay the whole amount , and I would receive my renumerarion in the form of check . When. I enquirer about the policy and asked them for the details they said they cannot share the details with me. 3. The didn’t even have ramp to get my bike down , I had to call towing companies myself to get that done . When I called and asked ,the staff said that the customer is responsible unloading and they have nothing to with ? Again if you have expensive stuff or stuff that’s you care for in any way then do not use this particular movers.

DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES!!! We originally went with Executive moving because they have a pretty good salesman. He takes us through of what would happen from start to finish, gave us good discounts even military because our son is currently serving. We had this move scheduled 3 mths in advance, paid a deposit and explained that we would most likely need our own truck because we have allot of stuff and a few very heavy items. We were promised that we would have our own truck and that they would have their best movers. When the time came for moving, we were given a 2 day window of when the move would begin and end. The first day came, scheduled to be there between 8 - 12, 12:30 rolled by with no phone call. When I called and asked what was going on, I was told "oh the truck is already full and we were going to call around 2:30 pm to let you know what time tomorrow". I basically told the operator, that that made no sense to call me 2 hours after they were supposed to be there to tell me they weren't coming. Then was told, tomorrow 3-5 pm. This got me upset because we already planned that they were going to pick up our stuff TODAY and we were leaving tomorrow (this was a move from CA to NV). "Oh well you guys have to be there for the movers to get your stuff". So basically since the plan was to use movers, we were left to wait for them to show up. So instead of leaving to the new house the next morning we had to wait until they were done the next day. Next day...11 am got a call from Executive. " They filled the truck again and won't be able to come today" this is pretty much where I went off on them about we are supposed to be on the road this morning but because of their failure to keep their schedule I'm having to mess with mine. "Oh we're sorry but someone still has to be there for the movers, we can be there tomorrow between 1-4 pm". I called my husband who was already at the new house, because he was waiting for them to be there today. We decided to just have me, the kids and animals go up and he would come back to meet the movers the next day. Next day, remember this is day 3 and extra day after their moving window. It's passed 1 pm and my husband is getting furious because he drove 4 hrs to meet these idiots. I call Executive and get the run around about the movers driving and can't pick up the phone, we'll have the driver call you with an ETA. The driver calls me and I informed him to call my husband because he's the one waiting for them, getting ****** off by the minute. A few minutes later, my very ****** off husband tells me he cancelled the move because they filled the truck again and wouldn't be able to make it today. So we spent more time and a few extra days to do the rest of the move ourselves. We paid for a truck and scheduled/hired movers in CA to help load the truck and then in NV to help unload and setup. This should have been the plan from the get go because it costed half the amount of the move the charlatons at Executive were supposed to do. We did lose out on our deposit, thank goodness we didn't give them more because of that stupid contract because we decided to cancel. I wouldn't doubt this how they mostly get paid, promise a job they don't do until the client cancelled and they keep the deposit. I do want to give a shout out to those that helped us load and unload. In CA we called Starving Students who set us up with guys to help load the truck. And in NV we used Five Star Moving, they were awesome and took care of us with the unload and set up in our new home.

My contract with this moving company started when another company called APT Moving handed over my move to them, which I was not aware was going to happen. I was never told over the phone that this was a brokerage company handling may move, because if I had known that I would have never hired them. Executive Moving and Storage picked up my items March 12th from my house and I was told multiple times that my stuff would arrive no later than end of March 30th, which the promise that they were actually scheduled for arrival on March 25th which was my move in day at the new location. My husband and called multiple times within the week they said our stuff would be in transit and every time we called, we got a different receptionist telling us completely different stories. The first call was that our stuff didn't leave yet and would leave within a few days, then the next call was that someone would get back with us the next day and never did then the next call was that they never said that our stuff would leave that week, but was under contract that it could only be delivered when we were officially moved in, which we never agreed to that. And again would never would have agreed to that since we needed our stuff to be arriving that very day of our move in which was March 25th. We called pretty much every day for over a week to try to pin down when our stuff would actually be in transit and finally our stuff didn't leave Las Vegas, Nevada until March 30th saturday after midnight, which was a complete contradiction of what was in our contracted and discussed with the people who set up our move from the beginning. Finally we were also promised that we would get updates via texts to tell us where our stuff was and none of that was done. My husband and I continued to call to see when the deliver would be arriving in New York and we could never get a straight answer, which made it very difficult for us to schedule a reservation for the moving elevator in the building. Finally the driver calls us Thursday April 4th and tells us that he will arrive Friday the 5th, but says that he can not deliver it Saturday the 6th, because he doesn't work Saturdays. He says that he can deliver our stuff on Sunday then on Sunday our building says they have no elevator free so the deliver guy says that he can deliver on Tuesday. We initially agree, but then he says that we will be charged an extra $350 for "storage", which isn't our fault since we were free Saturday the entire day and he refused to deliver it to us. We finally talk to him again and tell him to talk to his "superior" at t.e moving company who sent us an email as well telling us that we would be charged $350 to tell them that we weren't going to pay, because he was causing the delay not us! Finally they dismiss the charge and our stuff gets delivered Monday April 8th which is 2 weeks later than what was promised on our contract that we had signed. That say our stuff was suppose to arrive at 10AM and the deliver arrive 1 hour late. He comes up to our apartment and tells us to pay him first. He adds an additional $200 to our initial bill and we don't really know why, at this point we just pay it, because we are running late for the next people that need the moving elevator. And my husband and come downstairs to the loading area, we see another guy there in a beat up U-haul truck. So basically this "Executive Moving And Storage" moving company is not professional at all. Yet again we realized that our move got pawned off on another mover, which was a guy and his friend doing our move. The more we dealt with this delivery driver/mover we realized that we were being scammed to a certain extent. The delivery driver was extremely unprofessional, loud and rude and he looked like he was on some kind of drug, because he was just abnormally hyper. While our stuff was being moved into our apartment we noticed a few boxes got smashed pretty bad and also that my husbands office desk was completely damaged beyond repair. The legs were bent in half and they were heavy duty steal legs for that matter. After all that was said and done the mover had the nerve to ask if we wanted to tip him and my husband and I just didn't even respond to him. When we go downstairs to make sure the truck was empty and all was done the delivery guy finds a ticket and his windshield and says we have to pay it and so we give him another $115 for his parking ticket. Dealing with this "moving company" has literally been a huge nightmare. It is by far the very worst moving experience of my entire life. I am still in the process of dealing with them to determine whether they will replace our broken office desk, not including all of my broken dished, lamps, damaged vases and a bunch of other items. I can not recommend this company to anyone and I hope that they close their business, because this is borderline fraud on so many levels.

So, I have done a lot of research and will NOT stop. This is scandulous and puts so many good people through so much heartache. PLEASE message me and jump on my bandwagon if you want to try to all get together and actually DO something. All the negative reviews .only encourage them to disappear and close down, then to reopen under another name doing the same thing.
