They were on time, thorough, good follow up (had to get parts and them come back) and voluntarily fixed stereo outside by pool which was great.  They weren't inexpensive but they did a good job and would recommend them.  Amd even fixed the universe remote! 

It was a very expensive job.  They were here for about three days doing the job.  There were two guys here for three days.  I had one guy come out to give me a quote before them and I was very displeased because I couldn’t get a hold of him.  The guys from Surround Sound USA were easy to get a hold of and we did have little bit of problems with the control and the base.  These guys get busy in big jobs and they hate to pull up a big job to come back for a small repair job.  They are friendly.  They met their commitments in terms of coming out and the quote, and when they were going to get the work done.  We had some problems on the way and they didn’t take advantage of those problems.  Whatever problems we had in the first job, when I used them in phase two in the spring, we pretty much got them cleared up.  So I’m very pleased with that.  They are not the cheapest people in town.  The manager’s name is Chris Dzurica.  He’s the sales manager.  I called him at a time when the industry was down and then it was starting to expand again, he kind of stretched in and his staff were better than he was.  We will certainly use their services again in the future.
