Mark came promptly to give us an estimate and explained what needed to be done. We decided to have him do the installation since he went over everything in detail and spent considerable time offering us options. Mark wanted to be sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all work performed would be up to code.
Mark's work is outstanding and needless to say all work passed the city inspection. It was a pleasure having Mark do all our electrical work. He was always prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. Mark truly cares about his work and his customers. He was neat and paid attention to detail. If we ever need work done in the future, Mark will be the person we call. Even though our project was rather large, I would not hesitate calling him for even a small job.
Mark did us a favor during his days here, free of charge. He swagged a dining room light that had been hanging off center since the builder finished the house. Since we have high ceilings, we were unable to get on a tall ladder to do it ourselves but he accommodated our request. Mark truly makes a customer happy. Thanks for a great job!
