Service went smoothly and they offered a good price.

The service were very good, we have been using them for over 10 years, for general plumbing and regular maintenance of our heating and air conditioning system. Any servicemen that they send out are very courteous, friendly and does a neat and clean work.

Everything went well. The total cost included a senior citizen discount and was very reasonable. The brand (Trane) that was installed was highly recommended by Consumer Reports. The installers were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. On the downside, when it was time to turn the heat on, it was blowing cold air. The same day I placed a call, a tech came out to turn the gas back on at the furnace that was not done at the time of installation. Problem solved!

Elite! Is a great company that truly does their best for their customers. I was shopping around for estimates for a new AC unit so I would not be left in the lurch next summer when it inevitably breaks down again... From the estimate visit through to installation, Jay made sure all of my questions were answered and I was getting the best technology and care for my budget. All of the Elite! employees showed up on time, were friendly, and did efficient but meticulous work. They even fixed problems with the return and exit vents that were done incorrectly when the home was built and never properly inspected. I’ll be recommending them to everyone!

Excellent! They always sent out people as soon as I called. They responded very quickly to my calls and when there are emergency, they repair with no extra cost.

Mathew Soto was our technician. Excellent. He was very gracious, humble and kind. He cleaned all of our filters and made sure they were ready for those hot Las Vegas days. On a scale of 1-10 they would get a 50. I would recommend them over and over again.

Claim found several defects, only seemed interested in selling a New unit. $8650 Trane. Other HVAC co. found a cracked heat exchanger, am trying to find the true story and if Carrier will warrant the old unit.

In November, I called Elite, and they had a rep at my door within an hour. Gave me a reasonable estimate on replacement of two ac units (3.0 plus 3.5 ton) plus furnace and blowers. $14200 for Trane system. Crane included. Cleanup included. Usual warranties. I was very happy with the experience. They were always on time. Did exactly what they said they would do. My only complaint is that they damaged my hardwood floor, but the damage is so small that it's not worth fixing. Still, the damage was avoidable. I recommend that anyone using their service insist on better floor covering than what they provided me. The system I got was a 14 SEER with an upgraded furnace that brought the effective SEER to 16. IT's too early to know whether this will reduce my air conditioning bills much. They followed up by registering my warranty.

From the first time I called them they were so nice. When I scheduled an appointment, they stated, "we will come when you want us to." All the others I had to fit in their schedule. Plus, their price was over a thousand dollars cheaper than the other 3 or 4 bids I got. They even offered to give me a couple free check-ups. Thanks! I don't know why anyone would call anyone else. You're the best. They even set up free financing for 12 months. So easy to work with!

The work itself went well, but here are the reasons I would NOT recommend them: - During consultation, I was given a break down of parts, tax, and labor. Upon completion of the work, I was not given (and later refused) an itemized receipt. This cost me hundreds of dollars when I went to file my taxes and couldn't itemize this purchase. They should not be misleading about this during the consultation and estimate phase. - During the time of consultation, I moved forward with authorizing the work. They had a promotion for a 5-year 0% APR loan, but that evening the bank's automated system was down, so they couldn't schedule the work for the following day without payment. We made an agreement that they would attempt to call the bank again in the subsequent days and that my order of preference for payment was: (1) the special offer 5-year 0% APR loan; (2) another loan that I would obtain myself; (3) a credit card purchase; and as a last resort, (4) cash/check. But cash/check was the only way I could show that I could guarantee the work for the following day, even though they promised not to cash it. ( (They said if I gave them my CC number they would have to run the charge.) Well, the following week, the bank system was working again, the and loan was approved. The technician had promised to return the check to me. He never did, and then weeks later THE CHECK WAS CASHED. So, they got paid twice - first through the bank loan and later from my checking account. I am still livid about this. And it took them five calendar days (3 business days) for them to return the money. They should have called somebody in on Saturday to write me a check for an inexcusable error like that, but they didn't. And then on Monday they promised to deliver me a check, but they never came. Then they promised Tuesday and it ended up being Wednesday. Which, if they were straightforward from the beginning, I would have driven over on Monday to pick it up myself. Erroneously caching an $8k check that was supposed to be returned instead is inexcusable, and the way they addressed it afterwards made matters worse. If my business made an error like that, we would have called someone in ASAP to write a check and also credited them back some funds for the huge inconvenience. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them.

I had use Elite before, and the service was great. I don't know if they went through a change in management or not, but will not use again. Richard came out and replaced a capacitor in the unit. He said that if the unit doesn't work that he would come and remove the part. He also identified problems with the wiring. Unit worked for about 10 minutes and went out again. I called and talked to him the next day and the story changed. Now there would be a service fee for coming out, charge for removing the part... I don't know what happened to the company. But, now when we get the funds to replace our units, we certainly won't be going with Elite.

On time and appreciate they set up A/C and furnace tune up for one price plus they call to set-up appointments. Technician always friendly and performs excellent service.

Called Elite with problem of large leak under kitchen sink from faucet when turned on. Spoke to Pete who was very helpful and set up appointment for afternoon. Shann, the plumber on duty, spoke to me on phone and was sure of problem - needed new faucet. He agreed to pick one up for me, at my request, and set appointment for next AM. Next morning he called first, then came on time. He replaced the faulty faucet. All friendly and professional.

As always they are excellent. They show up on time, they are professional. They take care of all my needs. They're the best. I wouldn't call anybody else for the services they provide.

AC was serviced with no repairs recommended. Pipe and pressure valve were replaced.

Everything went well, The office personnel and the plumber were polite, professional, and efficient in handling the replacement of my water heater.

It was great! Thomas serviced my unit, informed me of the condition and he even replaced my filters for me so I would not have to climb up my ladder. What a wonderful young man!!

Great. I had several companies give me bids and I went with Elite. Save yourself a lot of time and effort, just call them!

A faucet came apart and we could not shut off the valve, so we needed to shut the water off, to the house. We call called Elite and talked with Terrie, she was most helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Her customer skills were top notch. They dispatched Chris to do the repair. The contractor, for this house, installed the faucet, with no access. We would have to remove the quartz slab on the side of our tub. We fully expected to have the slab removed and a new faucet. Instead of $500 -$1,000, he fixed the faucet for $125... including trip charge. Chris is very knowledgeable, honest, and really wants to help, not gouge. If you are looking for a plumber, definitely Give them a call.

I pay yearly, one hundred dollars for the year. In April they check my air conditioning that it's working properly and in October they check the furnace. I've used them for 10 years.
