Efficient Electric

Francisco was very polite and professional. He worked very fast and knew what he was doing.

Efficient Electric was very conscientious and did good work. The inspector made the comment that everything was done correctly and in a manner that exceeded building codes. There were a couple of small problems, but nothing to mention. As construction proceeded they came back and installed what was needed like the furnace and air conditioning.

Efficient Electric showed up on time as scheduled and did not keep me waiting for them. The men were dressed very clean. I have only used them once, but I liked their service. We have not had any problems since the repair. The home association covered the bill, so I wasn't sure what the price was.

The light switches were not installed properly when the home builders put them in on a previous job. After the guy from Efficient came, he explained to me that since they were cracked it caused some damage to the wires. Therefore, he needed to replace them with new ones. I was delighted to see how fast he got things done. He was definitely prepared and cleaned up every last bit of his mess before leaving. Things work fine now and I have no problem calling him back for anything else. I'm not to sure on his pricing though, my wife handled his payment.

It was a big job, and they showed a strong work ethic during the initial construction project. At the end of the two week stay, the house was then cleaned. They did one make mistakes regarding the light switches, though. Some switches were not connected to the lights, and instead of calling them back, I just re-wired these switches myself. They did a good job, but that was a relatively large oversight on their part. At least I was reimbursed for my time and effort.
