EDGEWATER CUSTOM POOLS

Excellent build and still happy after 13 years.

It's a family owned business and they have been in business for over 30 years and are wonderful. We highly recommend them. We referred three or four people to them and they also give you a finders fee when you refer someone. Their work is all quality from start to finish and they do everything around the pool as well. We even went out to see some prior work they had done and were very happy with the way that they worked with us. They were very detailed and were great with everything from start to finish. When they left the site everything was picked up and put back together.

The company owners met with us face to face to discuss the building of our pool. Dan was professional, informative and very likable. We dealt well with him and his brother Bill early on, and felt they listened to what we wanted and delivered just that. Our pool and spa are breathtakingly beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased with their service or abilities. However, there is a factor that hangs like a dark cloud over the "after" experience, their brother Mike. Unfortunately for us and many other pool owners, our new pool had to be after serviced for warranty issue through Mike. He is very rude and nasty to customers and treats women like they are brainless. Mike referred two pool maintenance companies to us and after they caused problems with a lack of maintenance on our pool. I telephoned Mike to complain about a salt system and an electrical issue. Mike yelled at me and said "I don't give a ^%#* if you have lizards in your pool and the #*and ^%$ thing has swamp water in it, I don't want to hear about it again." Remind you, this was said to me after I was referred to two of his buddies in the pool maintenance field and I was looking to him for help on why my pool was constantly turning green. The company would have been given a perfect score from me if I never had to deal with this obnoxious man. Also, any repairs are also fought for. He just doesn't want to do the right thing when called upon to do it.

Our pool/spa and fire pit turned out wonderfully! Edgewater completed the work, by the date promised and we couldn't be happier. All of their subcontractors cleaned up after themselves (with a few minor exceptions) and were very polite. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly.

They were very punctual and reliable. They called in advance to tell us when the subcontractors were coming, and they showed up when they said they would! In my experience in dealing with contractors, that is amazing! The pool was done in about 8 weeks, right on time. They were very responsive to questions and would always either answer my call immediately or call me back within 15 minutes. The pool turned out beautifully and has been working fine.

Edgewater did a great job. The pool is fabulous. They had the pool installed in no time at all. The pool is very level. It works properly. There are no problems what so ever. I enjoyed having the men around who installed the pool. They were just the nicest people. The pricing was reasonable. I actually thought that it would be a little higher than what it was. I obtained a ten year warranty on the pool so if anything were to happen to it, the pool would be covered by Edgewater.
