Well, I was very UNDERwhelmed with their service. The lady at the front counter...kinda rude, definitely could use a class on customer service. The work....meh...at best a 'C'

Ecowash Auto Spa were great. The gentleman that did the detailing himself, he has a boss and he was the one who started the thing for me. He took my information and just said I can sit in the waiting room and watch. They'll have it detailed for me and when they're done they'll bring it to me. The young men who actually did the detailing brought it after over an hour later. He asked me to check how things work, to touch it and if I found any imperfection or something that did not meet my satisfaction to let him know. I found few spots and he did not give me any look or any attitude. He took care of it immediately and made me feel it again. It was really nice about him. He did not complain and just did his job. Over all, its a very nice job. The place where they did the work was very clean and organized. It was nice. I feel it was worth the money I paid.

I have a post-retail spoiler that was starting to come off, and Curtis there spent a lot of time fixing it, so that was really awesome. The manager or owner, Tim, was helping too. They were both very nice. For everything they did I thought that was a decent price.

I am a middle-aged female and had asked that they detail my car - inside
and out. I pointed out the water stains and some small surface
scratches on the back bumper near the trunk/back gate of the vehicle.
They said they could get some, and maybe all of them out with some
compound. They said the entire detail would cost $250 dollars; I
thought this was high, but if they were going to get out (at least some of ) the small
scratches on the back bumper near the trunk-like area that I was willing
to pay it. When all was said and done, all of the small surface scratches
were still present. When I asked about it, they then said it would cost
extra. They missed cleaning inside of the center piece/arm that comes
down the middle of the back seat. It still had crumbs inside of it from my
kids. I felt slightly taken advantage of; I don't know if it is
because I am female and they felt like I wouldn't know any better.

Before the wash, my wheels had a lot of brake dust buildup, and a layer of fine dirt covered the entire vehicle. After the wash, I couldn't find any part of the car that wasn't clean, except the wheels which still had brake dust (to be expected from an auto-car-wash). I had anticipated this and paid extra for the $4 tire shine. The hand drying stage of the process, they carefully wiped away the remaining brake dust from the wheels and met/exceeded my expectations.
I will return, especially since they use eco-friendly products. The unlimited wash-club is now a consideration, especially since the option exists for upgrading to a higher-tier service per-occurrence.
Ultimate Exterior Wash = $11 ($30/mo unlimited club)
Silver Exterior+Interior = $22 ($50/mo unlimited club)
Example: If I prefer frequent exterior washes, but only occasional interior cleaning, and participate in the $30 unlimited club, I may simply pay an extra $11 (the difference) for an upgrade on that particular visit.

It was just wonderful. It all looked beautiful and the outside looked great. They even did a little extra for me. My car would not start. The manager popped the hood and tightened the connections on the battery and got it started for me.
