Mike came to our house today and did such a wonderful job! He listened to everything that I had to say and then explained how he would take care of our â  bugâ  problems.à   He goes above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied with our service.à   It is so refreshing to meet someone with enthusiasm and that takes pride in what he does.à   We will definitely recommend Mike and EcoGen Pest Control to our friends and family!I couldnâ  t have been happier with this service.

Kana was our technician and he was amazing. His voice was so comforting and he even was interacting with my kids and being super cool and nice. He explained everything so thoroughly that I am basically a bug expert now. I have a dog and he was super nice to the dog and emphasized how the spraying would not hurt the dog. Perfect guy and perfect work

No current issues, hired them for preventative measures. They seem very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Mike is our technician and he is very thoughtful and makes sure to close/lock outer doors when he's done. I love the fact that I can give EcoGen a window of time that works for my schedule and Mike is always here within that window!

Phil, I must say is an awesome guy. He stands by his word and as of present I have had no more pest problems. The product he use is pet friendly aswell as wildlife friendly. I have hummingbirds around my home and it doesn't seem to bother them. His field worker Anthony, is a awesome guy, he's very understanding to ones concern to pest problems and he meets my satisfaction. Thank you!!! Ecogen we appreciate your business.

Did not get rid of the ants.

They were awesome! I was having an ant problem and he located where they were coming from and resolved the problem.

Knowledge about the pest and fast with pet safe product.

Great company. Anytime there was an issue they came back to the property to fix and re-spray for pests.

Tom was great, very professional, and polite. He explained his process and the treatment plan. Very positive experience.

The first contact was with a gentleman named Phil. He was quite professional and knowledgeable in his field. He took the time to explain how to manage my bird mite infestation and the products they used. On the same day, I met with Bryan who carried the company’s professionalism through my door. Very nice gentleman who took his time spraying inside and outside my house. When he was done, he reviewed with me where he sprayed and places he laid traps. He was probably on premise for 30-40 minutes. I got a follow-up email from Kayla welcoming me to EcoGen with information about the company and the different service plans they provided. Then within 30 minutes of Bryan’s departure I got an invoice from Michelle detailing the service performed at my home by Bryan. The team in Phil, Kayla, Bryan, and Michelle was top notch! They “wowed” me and gave me first class treatment. I am definitely keeping this team! Thank you HomeAdvisor for your service because without you, I would not have met such an awesome team!

Great honest and reliable company

They do an outstanding job. I have not seen an ant or a critter since they started their service. Very reliable
