Eclipse Solar Screens

The owner is Glenn Goodman and the solar screens turned out awesome. The first meeting Glenn presented his license and discussed what we were looking for and the responsives was excellent. Glenn measured the home efficiently, wrote a contract and delivered and installed the screens in less than the predicted time. Glenn washed the windows as well! It was a pleasant, smooth experience and was tailored to my needs and most of the house was solar screened. The result is cooler rooms and a wonderful appearance to the exterior of the home. I highly reccomend Glenn if you appreciate professionalism, punctuality, and a high quality product that performs as it was designed to. Wonderful experience and company and I appreciated the 10% off for veterans and single floor design.

I called Glenn and set up an appointment for an estimate on the work that needed to be done. He called back and asked, since he was in the area, if he could stop by and do the estimate earlier than the appointment. He showed up on time and spent time explaining the difference in the solar screens then proceeded to measure the 5 windows we wanted done. His estimate was exactly what he charged. He was very friendly and as an added bonus gave a 10% discount to Veterans. The work was scheduled for the 15th of October and he was early and started with the work. One window gave him problems so he decided to take the screen back and shorten it so it would fit. He also took a good screen and replaced a screen in a bedroom that was torn and needed replacing, no charge for this. He even fixed the bent part of the frame for us.
He came back this morning, again was early for the time, which was great and brought 2 solar screens with him. He told me that one screen had a dent in the frame and didn't want that. So, he replaced the solar screen that needed to be shortened and the one with the dent in the frame.
I tried to give him a tip but he refused to take the tip amount. The estimate was $374.00 so I made it $400.00 for the tip. I know it wasn't necessary but the workmanship, professionalism and friendliness he showed were great. I asked some general questions about the necessity of putting "Plantation Shutters" in the Master Bedroom," he gave an honest argument about the difference between the solar screens and the shutters. In short, this is a great company. Glenn was/is a true professional and is very forthright about the prices and the installation process. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is in the market for solar screens

Glen was fantastic to work with.  He is very easy to reach, professional and prompt.  We called on a Monday evening after 5:30 pm and he answered the phone and we scheduled for 8:00 am the next morning for him to come take measurements.  He was on time, friendly, and professional.  He took the measurements and by the next morning we had our screens installed!  They are high quality and make a big difference in the heat coming into our kitchen and home office.  Highly recommended!
