For the original pipe repair outside my home, the technician showed up to my house 4 hours late for his appointment.  It was dark by this time and he could barely see the leak.  Unfortunately, he couldn't speak English well enough to explain to me what the leak was, where the leak was, or what the pipe led to. He started turning valves on and off but couldn't tell me why he was doing it or give me an estimate for repair.  And although I fully expected a call back from the company for an estimate, I never heard from them.  I had to get a technician from another company in (at additional expense) to explain and fix the leak.

For the second repair, the plumber was supposed to repair a bib hose faucet leak and replace the powder room faucet.  He fixed the bib hose but did not have the powder room faucet in his truck.  It was Wednesday, he would return Friday with the part.  But he never came Friday and never called.  One month later and he has still not called or returned.  And if you try to call the company, forget it, you'll be on hold forever.  I was on hold for an hour and a half even though I was next in phone queue.  I truly don't think this company even has someone to answer the phone.  So now I'm stuck waiting for service I already paid for but haven't received and may never receive.  Do not use this company.

ON 10/18/13 THIS COMPANY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO INSTALL A
NEW HOT WATER HEATER
PER MY WARRANTY COMPANY'S SUGGESTION , THAT WAS ABOUT FIVE
MONTHS AGO. LAST WEEK
NOTICED A WATER LEAK FROM THE NEWLY INSTALLED
PIPES AND THE WATER SEEMED TO BE RUST COLORED ,AT THAT POINT
I THOUGH I  COULD
TIGHTEN THE FITTING AND
I WAS ABLE TO A HALF TURN ON IT , THE NEXT DAY SAME THING A
HALF TURN STILL
DRIPPING  , DAY THREE
I WENT
LOWE'S TO GET NEW FITTINGS 
TO STOP THIS LEAK, WHILE IN THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT
A YOUNG MAN FROM THAT
DEPARTMENT STOPPED TO HELP ME  WITH THE FITTING I SHOWED HIM THE RUSTED OUT
PIPE
& SHOWED HIM PICTURES FROM MY CELL PHONE AND ASKED HIM
HOW COULD A NEW PIPE
INSTALLED LESS THAN FIVE MONTHS AGO COULD THIS RUSTED OUT TO
THE POINT OF ALMOST
FALLING APART , AND HIS REPLY WAS HE HAD ONLY WORKED IN THE
DEPARTMENT FOR TWO MONTHS
AND, STILL HE  WAS
KNOWLEDGEABLE ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT WHEN WORKING WITH PLUMBING
THAT YOU CAN NOT CONNECT A
GALVANIZED FITTING OR NIPPLE TO A COPPER FITTING OR THE  GALVANIZED FITTING WILL
DISINTEGRATE IN A MATTER OF
NO TIME . ( THIS WAS MY AH HA MOMENT ) THE FACT THAT I HAD
PAID THIS COMPANY
$275.00 ON TOP OF WHAT THE WARRANTY COMPANY PAID YOU. FOR
THE SUM OF $275.00, I
THE HOME OWNER HAD TO GO BEHIND THIS PROFESSIONAL
PLUMBER AND RE-INSTALL NEW FITTING / DRAIN THE WATER HEATER
/ GO TO LOWE'S / AND
A PLUMBING SUPPLY STORE. TO REPLACE THE BAD PARTS.

Chris was outstanding.  He was very conservative in his actions, which turned out to be the best route.  We first thought that it could be from a leaky roof, but after it rained, the area was not wet, although it was a few days later.  He came out again (no charge), and, after talking to the neighbor, and viewing his unit, he realized that the neighbor's shower needed to be re-caulked.  That was done, and I have since had no problems.  Chris could have cut into walls or taken any other drastic action, but he was completely ethical.  I strongly recommend this company.
