For our brand new home, Eagle Sentry was the "contracted" vendor for our builder (which is a local builder in Las Vegas with a solid reputation).  Eagle Sentry does all "low-voltage" stuff (alarm, central vacuum, etc.).  For prewiring for in-ceiling speakers, we had to go through Eagle Sentry and paid $2,000 for it.  The problem began soon after we met at their nicely adorned office.  The salesman lost the drawing we gave him which showed where we wanted the speakers.  The big problem was when the technician came out and put the prewiring and the wiring for volume control in the locations that did not make sense to us.  I asked Eagle Sentry and our builder repeatedly to move the wires (before drywall went up) to the locations where we wanted the speakers in the ceiling.  We were told that even after the drywall goes up, putting speakers where we want would be very easy; the technicians can "reach over, grab wires, and pull them wherever we want!"  Really?  Of course not.  After closing on the house, we moved in, and the technicians came out only to tell us they don't do "reaching over, grabbing wires, and pulling them wherever we want speakers"!!  From the moment when we realized the salesman lost the drawing we gave him and was obviously fibbing he didn't remember getting it, we knew something was wrong, and it has been a really bad experience all the way through!!  After speaking with smaller home audio companies subsequently, I found out that Eagle Sentry does prewiring for most of new constructions in the Las Vegas Valley as they belong to the "good-old-boy" network of builders in Las Vegas!!  Apparently, this is a very familiar scenario: Eagle Sentry does prewiring for brand new homes; customers become unhappy and seek out smaller companies; they come out and fix them.  You kidding me!!  In this day and age!!  Well, in this day and age, we have venues like Angie's List and we share our experience with a wide reader base.  You can't do this dishonest business practice stuff make money off unsuspecting customers like this in this shady half-legit way!!  Not even in Vegas!!

They provided me with excellent service, and quick and responsive to my needs. The technicians were very professional and didn't waste anytime or make errors. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their home theater to be installed.

Done exactly as promised within the estimate. Don't really need to elaborate a whole lot more. Good to have only two remotes instead of five! The two installers were VERY professional and wanted to be sure I got what I wanted, not just what I asked for. This can often be two different things!

Technicians were punctual and polite. We had a couple of problems with the home theater wiring and had to call them back 2 times, but they were responsive and happy to fix the problem. Overall they provided satisfactory service.

We had someone break into our vehicles so we got some estimates on an alarm system, they came out and put one in and they monitor it for us, we have not had to use them yet however I sleep better knowing I have the alarm.
