Flooring, Ceramic Tile Service
Steve has 35 years experience, and brought tile samples with him. The tiles were commercial grade and included in the price quote once we picked one out. His experience and tile quality and inclusion sold us. However, my wife was very, very upset that they only worked 4 hours a day, never communicated when they were coming or going, left razors/tools/water bowls all over our house (that our dogs could get into), disconnected our stove without asking us first, and took over our garage without asking if we need to park in there for 9 days. They also didn't seal the project, and gave us sketchy & incomplete verbal (written would have been nice) instructions how to seal ourselves.
