She was very responsive and got back to me within hours. She then contacted me a little before the appointment and asked if she could show up early. Yes please! She did an amazing job on our family’s Yamaha upright. While her prices are slightly higher than others, she is clearly worth it. Our piano sounds better than ever and we’ll see her a year from now for a discounted retuning. Highly recommended.

Both pianos had gone years and years from the last tuning and cleaning. She did an excellent job, understands how to bring a piano back without harming the piano - even very old pianos. I had never seen a piano deep cleaned and had no idea that all the keys could be removed for cleaning. The pianos look and sound wonderful.

Kelly does great work. We have cats and the deep cleaning helped "unstick" a lot of the keys on our baby grand (probably where cat hair had gotten into the works). We've had her tuning our piano for a few years now and it always sound marvelous afterwards. She's always on time and very professional.

I'm not sure exactly what Kelly did, but in three hours of work on the hammers, keys, and action joints she transformed my C7 into a glorious brand new piano. I cannot recall it ever sounding or responding as well as it does now. I am stunned at the difference. Kelly is an absolute magician.

I'm on cloud nine!! Kelly exceeded my (high) expectations.

Kelly was fantastic to work with. On time and very professional. Nobody will touch our Schimmel Grand Piano as long as she is around. She worked on our piano for 3 hours until it worked perfect. She treats your piano like it is her very own. She does not try to up sale you for unneeded services but does exactly what is needed. Her attention to detail shows when she is done, as the piano sounds fantastic. She wipes down the piano when she is done so it looks like a showroom piano. No rush as she does it right. I never knew Kelly before she arrived this time but she came highly recommended by another tuner in another state. If you need a tuner in Las Vegas she is without a doubt the right one to baby your piano. I can't tell you how pleased we were to have found her.

Provider was in the area and called for a less than 24 hour lead time appointment which was great for me!  Tech was professional in every way--attentive and most pleasant.  I got another fantastic bonus:  When I complained about how the piano finger exercises wear me out she suggested that I put something on the piano bench to raise my playing position to where my forearms are parallel to the floor.  This feels so much better!  I could not have been happier with this piano service--it exceeded my expectations by a large margin!

Arrived punctually.  Performed promised services in friendly and professional manner. Was quick to understand the idiosyncrasies of the particular instrument and offered useful advice in addition to providing the tuning.

We thought that the piano needed repair; however, once it was tuned and lightly cleaned, no repair was necessary. The provider was very professional and friendly. She certainly was skilled and did only what was necessary to keep the cost down. It now sounds beautiful. The piano had not been tuned in 3+ years and had been through a residential move, so we were expecting a costly service. We absolutely will use this provider again and highly recommend her.
