It's been a few years since I dealt with this company, but the experience was so awful, I will never forget them no matter how hard I try! My biggest issue with them is that they lied to me about the guarantee. The man who owned the company at that time, told me they gave a lifetime guarantee. But the paperwork I was given after install stated the warrantee was pro-rated for 5-years . Probably would still have bought the blinds even with a 5 year guarantee, but would have negotiated a better price. I just detest liars! Also, they were late for the installation appointment, and I had taken time off work to accommodate them, and the install was mediocre at best.
